1. Products and handmade items

Dry Cereal products are made and pressed by hand. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or our inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing the order through our website contact form. After one hour, your order may have entered preparation or production and may no longer be canceled.

Please include your order number when contacting us about a cancellation.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on the product page and may change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to contain incorrect or fraudulent information.

5. Handmade processing and shipping

Each item is pressed and prepared by hand. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground. After USPS accepts the package, delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days, although delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Returns, refunds, and order issues

Because our products are handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, ordering by mistake, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused by us, contact us through our website contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photo and/or video evidence so we can review the situation.

7. Shipping carrier responsibility

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, carrier-controlled delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues are outside of our control. Customers should contact USPS first regarding carrier-related issues.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a USPS claim or investigation. We are not responsible for problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
