Processing time

Each Dry Cereal item is pressed and prepared by hand. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

We always do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing may take the full estimated timeframe.

Shipping method and delivery time

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground.

After your order has been processed and accepted by USPS, delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary based on USPS volume, weather, holidays, destination, and other carrier conditions.

Your total estimated timeline is:

• Up to 14 business days for handmade processing
• Approximately 5–8 business days for USPS Ground transit after shipment

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take some time to update after USPS receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

USPS delays and delivery issues

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, carrier-controlled delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS first to request assistance or open a claim.
