All Dry Cereal products are handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, ordering by mistake, or buyer’s remorse.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing the order through our website contact form. After one hour, your order may have entered preparation or production and can no longer be canceled.

If we approve a cancellation submitted within the one-hour window, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue caused by us, contact us through our website contact form as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem.

We may request clear photo and/or video evidence so we can review the issue. If we determine that the issue was caused by us, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Shipping and carrier issues

Once a package has been handed to USPS, we are not responsible for carrier-controlled delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, you should first contact USPS to open a claim or request an investigation.

You may also contact us so we can review the order and assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a USPS claim or investigation.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Our right to cancel an order

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders affected by suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, fulfillment limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
